May 2016 – Frankton Hill Limited have been appointed to undertake a Feasibility Cost Study for a new build Food Retail Development in North Warwickshire, Anticipated Construction Cost Circa £650,000.00.

May 2016 – Frankton Hill have just completed a Feasibility Cost Planning Report for a proposed new build Office Development in Warwickshire. The project comprises circa 400m2 of new development, along with associated External Works.

May 2016 – We are delighted to announce our appointment to prepare the tender documentation for two very interesting projects in Coventry. The first being a £1m new build residential development, comprising 9 Apartments, the second being the refurbishment and extension of an existing Day Nursery.

April 2016 - Director of Frankton Hill Limited, Ian Frankton, has agreed to join a panel of experts to prepare advice, best practice and guidance for surveyors looking to become chartered, by writing regular articles for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to appear in their Construction Journal, look out for Ian’s thoughts in the Construction Journal soon!

April 2016 – Frankton Hill Limited have been appointed to undertake a Feasibility Cost Study for a proposed extension & refurbishment of an existing motor retail dealership for Land Rover, approximate construction value £1.70m.

March 2016 - The 1st Quarter of 2016 has been extremely busy, as many of our projects have been progressing well, and there has been lots happening with some very exciting projects gathering pace too. To name one, we have recently been appointed to carry out tender preparation for the extension and refurbishment of an existing Brewery in the West Midlands.

January 2016 – Happy New Year! We are delighted to have been appointed to undertake an estimating exercise for two projects at Coventry University. Firstly an Entrance Refurbishment to The William Morris Building and Secondly, a Mezzanine Infill to form New Meeting Facilities with Alteration and Refurbishment of the Entrance Elevations at The Alan Berry Building.

December 2015 - After several years of hard work and determination, and working alongside the Client and other members of the Design Team, we are delighted that Free@Last have secured Lottery Funding to replace their existing community facility in Nechells Birmingham, with a new £1.8m facility, which is due for completion late 2016/ Early 2017. Work on the tender documentation will now commence.

October 2015 – This is certainly looking like a very busy Autumn for us at Frankton Hill, so far we have secured several projects with many more in the pipeline, so keep an eye out on this page for some exciting news regarding several projects, which we hope to be able to share with you next month.

However in the meantime, we are delighted to have been appointed to undertake an estimating exercise for the extension and refurbishment of Copsewood Medical Centre in Coventry.

October 2015 – We are delighted to announce our appointment as Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators & CDM Advisors for an exciting new £2.5m residential development in Telford for Tellord Homes.

September 2015 - Frankton Hill Limited have been appointed to provide Estimating & Quantity Surveying Services for a £1.8m new build Health Centre in Coventry. The project includes the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new modern 816 square metre Health Centre, including associated Mechanical & Electrical Services, External Works & Drainage. The project is due to commence on site in December 2015 and complete Summer 2016.

October 2011 – Frankton Hill Limited are pleased to announce their relocation to Greville House, 10 Jury Street, Warwick. This re-location is an important development for the practice, as we look to structure our business to meet the requirements of our current and projected work streams.

Homebuilders and Renovation Show

March 2011 – Frankton Hill are delighted to announce that our Director, Ian Frankton, has agreed to be a part of the ‘Independent Experts Advice Area’ at The National House Building & Renovating Show at The NEC Birmingham later this month.

Ian will be available at The Advice Centre, Hall 5, Stand C131 on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th March 2011. Ian will be on hand to provide advice to individuals looking to develop or renovate their own home, and simply don’t know where to start!

Ian said “This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone whose dream is to build their own living accommodation, but are too afraid to give it a go. After all, their dream will require a considerable amount of planning and finances, and I will be able to pass on some of my knowledge and experience to help them on their way. I look forward to an exciting couple of days, and hope to help as many people as possible.”

January 2011 – After serving over 2 years as the Branch Chairman of The Fbe Warwickshire Branch, Frankton Hill are delighted to announce that Ian Frankton has been elected to Regional Director for the West Midlands Region of the Fbe, which is widely regarded as the premier networking organisation within the Construction Sector.

September 2010 – Ian Frankton, Director of Frankton Hill Limited, secures a 3 year position on The RICS West Midlands Regional Board. The Winter 2010 Edition of Focus West Midlands interviewed Ian on his appointment.
