May 2016 – Frankton Hill Limited have been appointed to undertake a Feasibility Cost Study for a new build Food Retail Development in North Warwickshire, Anticipated Construction Cost Circa £650,000.00.
May 2016 – Frankton Hill have just completed a Feasibility Cost Planning Report for a proposed new build Office Development in Warwickshire. The project comprises circa 400m2 of new development, along with associated External Works.
May 2016 – We are delighted to announce our appointment to prepare the tender documentation for two very interesting projects in Coventry. The first being a £1m new build residential development, comprising 9 Apartments, the second being the refurbishment and extension of an existing Day Nursery.
April 2016 - Director of Frankton Hill Limited, Ian Frankton, has agreed to join a panel of experts to prepare advice, best practice and guidance for surveyors looking to become chartered, by writing regular articles for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to appear in their Construction Journal, look out for Ian’s thoughts in the Construction Journal soon!
